Shipping

Shipments are made from our warehouse in Spain and Bali.

Shipping to Spain (Mainland): Free shipping for all orders over 180 EUR, for orders below that amount 6 EUR will be charged for shipping costs. The approximate delivery time is between 2 and 5 working days.

Shipping to Europe: Free shipping for all orders over 180 EUR, for orders below that amount 9 EUR will be charged for shipping costs. The approximate delivery time is between 3 and 7 working days.

Shipping to Indonesia: Free shipping. The approximate delivery time is between 2 and 5 working days.

Shipping to Australia: Free shipping for all orders over 350 AUD, orders below 23 AUD will be charged for shipping. The approximate delivery time is between 3 and 6 working days.

Shipping to the USA: Free shipping for all orders over 250 USD, for orders below that amount 20 USD will be charged for shipping costs. The approximate delivery time is between 3 and 10 working days.

All total purchase prices exclude customs duties, import fees or any other local charges. Customs taxes would be the cost of purchasing a product shipped from another country. When international customers purchase a product from us, your country may charge customs fees upon delivery. Monbali is not responsible for these expenses.

Returns & Exchanges

Our period of changes and/or returns is 15 days from the moment of receipt of the package.  

To receive the instructions for the change or return, contact us by email  hello@monbalicollection.com

In order to make an exchange and/or return, the items must be unused and in their original condition, and the tags must not have been removed.  

All products that are going to be exchanged and/or returned must have their original packaging.  

Changes or returns of used, stained or washed products, or those in which the hygienic label has been removed, will not be accepted.  

The products to be exchanged and/or returned must arrive at our warehouse in perfect condition.  

Shipping costs for changes and/or returns will be at the customer's expense.  

Special price products will not be refunded. They can only be exchanged for a product on the website or a voucher. 

Once we receive the merchandise and verify that all the above conditions are met, the corresponding amount will be reimbursed. The refund will be made by the same means of payment with which it was paid.
